Email info@optinext.hu with subject “Publsy data deletion”, preferably from your account address. Specify whether the request concerns your account, a client workspace, Meta connection data or other personal data. Provide only necessary identifiers, never passwords, access tokens or full card details.
After clarifying authority and scope, we normally respond within one month. For data handled on an agency’s behalf we act on lawful controller instructions. Our response identifies any retained or delayed-deletion categories and why.
2. Meta and other connections
For Facebook/Instagram disconnect in the client’s connection settings and revoke Publsy in the Meta account’s app/business-integration settings. This stops future access once the platform applies revocation. Separately request erasure of older Publsy-held data.
Publsy does not automatically delete already public Facebook/Instagram posts or Meta’s own records. Use the platform’s account/deletion procedures. Revoking an external assistant OAuth connection likewise does not erase copies already sent to that service.
3. Invoices, backups and remedies
Account closure cannot erase legally required invoices/payment records or evidence necessary for established legal claims. Restricted VPS backups include twelve monthly points, so data deleted from live systems may remain in an older backup for approximately twelve months. Immediate backup erasure is not promised. Prior deletion instructions must be reapplied after restoration.
