A campaign calendar should show more than the day you intend to publish a post. You also need to know whether the content is ready, awaiting approval or already published. Publsy connects client content and its current status within the same workflow.
Prepare posts in the client workspace and assign dates to the planned content. The calendar gives you an overview of timing, while post details provide access to captions, media and selected profiles. This structure keeps content associated with the correct client when the agency works on several campaigns at the same time.

See the work behind the date
Drafts, content awaiting approval, scheduled posts, published posts and failed operations all require different actions. Their statuses help you decide what still needs editing, what needs client feedback and where a provider connection needs attention. A scheduled date does not mean the post has already appeared on a social platform.

Move from the calendar to the content
After reviewing timing, continue preparing and checking the relevant post. Creative assets, feedback and publishing status remain connected to that content. Before publication, check client approval, the valid social connection and the platform requirements for the selected media. The calendar supports planning; the publication result is recorded separately.

Frequently asked questions
Does a calendar entry mean a post is published?
No. A calendar date is planning information. The post status and the result for each platform indicate actual publication.
Can content be organised by client?
Yes. The calendar and posts are associated with the relevant client workspace.
