When feedback arrives through email, chat and separate documents, it becomes difficult to identify the version a client reviewed. Publsy connects the approval workflow to the content and gives clients a shared link to review the materials prepared for them.
Your trial starts after administrator approval. Registration requires card setup through Stripe; charging starts after the 7-day trial.

Copy and creative together, in one place.
The next step is clear.
01
Review the caption and creative asset together
Clients can view the text and media associated with a post on the review surface. The team does not have to reconstruct a decision from separate messages about an unidentified image or caption. Content stays organised by client throughout campaign preparation, making it easier to return to the relevant post.
02
Separate approval from revision requests
Where enabled by the plan and access permissions, clients can approve content or return it for changes. Feedback belongs to the post, so the team can continue working in the same place where it prepared the material. Available client actions depend on the subscription entitlements and the configured access.
03
Keep approval in the publishing workflow
The planned publishing date and the client decision are separate pieces of information. Reaching the scheduled time does not authorise content that is still awaiting approval. Treat a shared review link as access intended for the client; it is not a public campaign landing page. Check the approval state before preparing publication.
