A campaign is easier to follow when the creative asset, caption, client decision and planned date belong together. Publsy lets you prepare posts in each client workspace and follow their progress in the content calendar.
Your trial starts after administrator approval. Registration requires card setup through Stripe; charging starts after the 7-day trial.

01
Keep the planned date with the post
Prepare a caption and media for a specific client, choose the connected social profiles and set the intended publishing time. The team can review the timing alongside the content instead of maintaining an unrelated schedule. The calendar helps you see campaign dates and the posts that still need attention.
02
Scheduling does not replace approval
Setting a date does not authorise a post to be published. Content awaiting approval cannot go out simply because its planned time has arrived. Preparation, approval and publishing remain separate states, with the client feedback attached to the same post. Before scheduling a campaign, make sure the content is ready for the approval workflow.
03
Check the result for each platform
Publishing requires a configured, authorised and valid provider connection. Each platform can also impose its own image and video requirements. If publishing fails, the post status and the platform error help the team identify the incomplete operation separately from posts that have already been published. A planned date alone is not proof of publication.

Frequently asked questions
Can scheduling bypass client approval?
No. For posts in the approval workflow, a scheduled time does not bypass approval. The content must first reach a publishable state.
Can every social profile be used immediately?
No. A profile must belong to the client and have valid provider configuration, permissions and authentication.
