• Compensation will be disclosed before campaign acceptance.
• Bloggers must adhere to campaign guidelines and deadlines.

5. Business Participation

• Businesses must provide accurate campaign details.
• Payments for blogger compensation must be made in advance.
• Publsy is not liable for campaign performance.

6. Payment & Fees

• Businesses must pay Publsy for campaign execution.
• Bloggers will receive their rewards as per the campaign agreement.
• Payment processing time may vary based on agreements.

7. Content Usage & Rights

• Bloggers grant businesses the right to use their content for the campaign.
• Unauthorized content modification by businesses is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

• We do not disclose blogger or business details unless agreed upon.
• Bloggers must not share campaign details until public disclosure is approved.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• We are not liable for disputes between bloggers and businesses.
• We are not responsible for content removed due to platform violations.
• We do not guarantee earnings or engagement results for campaigns.

10. Termination & Violations

• We reserve the right to remove users violating our policies.
• Termination may occur for misrepresentation, fraud, or failure to comply with campaign rules.
