Bloggers Guidelines

1. Eligibility & Registration
- Bloggers must register on our platform with accurate information.
- Social media accounts must be public and active.
- A minimum follower count, or engagement rate may be required for certain campaigns.
2. Accepting Campaigns
- Campaign invitations are sent via WhatsApp or email.
- Bloggers must confirm participation before the required quota is filled.
- Once accepted, bloggers must adhere to campaign deadlines.
3. Content Creation Standards
- Originality: All content must be created by the blogger. Plagiarism or AI-generated content without proper disclosure is prohibited.
- Brand Alignment: Content must follow the brand’s tone, messaging, and visual guidelines.
- Quality: Posts should be high-resolution, well-lit, and professionally written. Poor-quality content may be rejected.
- Hashtags & Mentions: Required tags, hashtags, and mentions must be included as per campaign instructions.
- Call-to-Action: If specified, bloggers must include a CTA (e.g., “Swipe up,” “Visit the link,” “Use this discount code”).
4. Compliance with Advertising Regulations
- Disclosure: Bloggers must clearly disclose sponsored content using terms like #ad, #sponsored, or #collab as per platform regulations.
- Platform Policies: Content must comply with social media platform guidelines (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Honest Representation: Misleading claims about products/services are not allowed.
5. Content Approval & Submission
- Draft content may be required for approval before posting.
- Approved content must be published within the specified campaign timeframe.
- Screenshots or links must be submitted as proof of posting.
6. Payment & Compensation
- Payment details (fixed fee, commission, or gifts) will be communicated before acceptance.
- Payments will be processed 5 working days after campaign completion and verification.
- Bloggers must ensure correct payment details to avoid delays.
7. Prohibited Content
- Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive language.
- Content involving nudity, violence, or illegal activities.
- False claims, exaggerated testimonials, or misleading advertising.
- Religious or political content unrelated to the campaign.
8. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
- Bloggers must not disclose campaign details, brand strategies, or internal communications.
- Any early product access or exclusive information must be kept confidential unless stated otherwise.
9. Accountability & Penalties
- Failure to Comply: Non-compliance with campaign requirements may result in removal from the campaign and non-payment.
- Late Submissions: Delays may result in penalties or exclusion from future campaigns.
- Misconduct: Fraudulent activities (e.g., buying fake engagement) will result in permanent removal.
