Data we process

We process data needed to operate the service: names, email addresses, roles, team and client access, content plans, posts, media files, approvals and comments, as well as technical identifiers and tokens for social media connections authorised by the user.

Meta/Facebook data

When you connect a Meta account, publsy.com only requests and stores data needed to list connected pages, identify pages or profiles, and perform publishing actions you authorise. You can disconnect Meta at any time in Publsy or in your Meta account’s app settings.

Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as required by the customer relationship, the user account or legal obligations. You can submit a deletion request using the instructions on the user data deletion page.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and may object to processing where the applicable law provides these rights.
