Submit a deletion request

To delete user data held by publsy.com or data connected to Meta/Facebook, send a request to:

admin@publsy.com

What should the request include?

Include the email address of your Publsy account, the relevant client or organisation, and whether you request full user deletion or only disconnection of Meta/Facebook.

Processing

We verify the request, then remove or anonymise data that is no longer required for legal, security or accounting purposes. When disconnecting Meta, we delete the connected profile’s technical access data and tokens.

Remove the Meta app

You can also revoke Publsy access in the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook settings. This prevents future access. Send a separate request to the address above to delete data held by Publsy.
